Create the evaluation process your teachers deserve

- Represent your school's culture, values, and priorities by customizing your evaluation process. Make the process your own from your evaluation forms to the language you use to describe each step.
- Individualize the evaluation process for each staff member using their goals and professional learning certificates to provide the support they’re asking for. Walkthroughs and observations can be more than a time of assessment–they can become moments of connection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Customize evaluation forms and add criteria that targets specific learning needs in your community. You can provide professional learning opportunities that help staff to meet those specific needs. At the end of the year, see how the courses and conferences you offered improved student growth and evaluation ratings with an easy-to-read report. Teachers can even search for relevant learning opportunities by the learning standards they’re hoping to target for their own student growth initiatives.
Staff members can upload professional learning certificates to their portfolio, so you can view and approve learning credits. This way, you can see their robust history of professional learning, and allow them to source high-quality educational resources from other online and in-person opportunities.
While we do not provide pre-created professional development for your staff through Strive, Eduphoria does offer training and implementation on our software which your teachers can redeem for credit, should you allow them to. We also offer online learning resources through our teacher learning platform, which you can assign to teachers and award for credit.
Should you offer your own courses or conferences, you can easily take attendance with our new QR code attendance option. Teachers only need to scan the code and mark their attendance, then administrators can award credits through Strive. Staff can also upload professional learning certificates from third-party programs.
While the courses created within Strive don’t allow for theme or color customizations, course creators can attach documents and resources that meet their theme or visual standards. You can also link to videos created on other platforms. You do, however, have everything you need to create basic, guided professional development courses within Strive.
