Our assessment software partners well with Strive because districts can create and share assessments as secure measures of student growth. Instantly create beginning- and end-of-year assessments with test item banks like TEKSready, which was created to measure student growth for TIA.

Yes. District leaders can download evaluation forms from our community, then customize them to meet the needs of their staff and students. Add evaluation criteria, change the scale you use to measure that teacher’s skills in each domain, and use personal notes and teacher-uploaded evidence to write your summative evaluation.

Our student growth and teacher performance correlation tool allows you to instantly visualize data and identify teachers with high levels of skew. Teachers with high evaluation ratings and low student growth OR teachers with low evaluation ratings and high student growth are identified at the bottom of your screen.

Your evaluation documents are customizable. If there’s a specific demonstration of skill that you need to evaluate in your community, you can identify that in your evaluation criteria. Teachers can access these ratings and the summative evaluation in their Strive portal. You can also communicate with teachers directly using Strive’s messaging tool or during your in-person meetings.

We cannot submit your data for you, but we do offer the TIA export option. The TIA export collects the evaluation data and student growth information required for your report to Texas Tech, so it’s easy to fill in and finalize your report for submission.
